The alignment spec allow for up to 1.5 degree of negative camber. Toe in will not cause the problem as another suggests. If that where the case, the tire in question would have feathered edges (sharp edges facing inward). If you have low tire pressure, this will cause wear to the inner edge of the rear tire (because of the negative camber angle). If the low tire pressure was on the front, both outer edges of the tire would be worn. This combined with not rotating the tires could lead to premature wear and the symptom you describe.
