The throttle assembly is covered by the large plastic cover that is towards the back of the engine, in front of the firewall. By pulling up on the part of the cover that is towards the firewall end and then pushing it back towards the firewall the cover will very easily come off.
If you are talking about lubricating the throttle body, then you need to get this cover off before you can take the throttle body transition housing off. There are two bolts holding the housing on to the throttle body. Very simple to take off once you have the large black cover off.
