1994 SE w/ACC. a/c is blowing hor air (like my mother in law). Compressor seems ok. Did not see any obvious hose leaks. Just bought a 134a refill kit and want to positively identify the LP side before I start. I will check charge with gauge first. I found both nozzles, one behind the grill (HP side?) and one closer to driver side headlight (mounted on what appears to be on or near the dryer) which I believe is LP side? Am I correct? Any other tips? Saw a post on this a few days ago but discussion merely implied it can be done.
Haynes manual absolutely useless for this task (not too useful for much else either). It will tell you how to tear down your engine, but ZILCH on this topic. May be good for housebreaking the dog. Too bad there isn't a Bentley manual available.
