They'll work fine. If you're concerned, find the load rating on the sidewall of one of the tires, multiply it by four, and compare it to the weight of your car (~31-3200 lbs w/o driver). The car weight should be lower!
I have the same size Arctic Alpines for my '95 SET and they work fine. I have to readjust the shocks to account for the more springy sidewall though. Theo's point is good, you can step up to 195/60's or even 205/50/16's if you wish, but keep in mind that narrower is better when it comes to snow traction.
