I did this a few months ago. I'll be posting a photo soon, but for now, the basic instructions are as follows.
1) go to radio shack and buy a good looking toggle switch that has a round (screw in) base. also buy wire to extend the power antenna lead from the back of your radio head unit down to the switch.
2) find a button "blank" on your dash panel where you'd like to install the switch and use a screwdrive to remove it (wedge it in the sides and force it out being careful not to scratch your dash).
3) drill a hole through the blank big enough to accomodate the switch. for me this was the most time-consuming step as it required lots of whittling with a razor blade.
4) install the switch into the blank.
5) remove your head unit using the remover tools.
6) visit http://www.saabnet.com/sites/richard.bevan/fitting.html for a wiring harness diagram. locate the lead coming out of "F" - this is the antenna motor lead. I believe it is grey or grey & white striped.
7) make sure your vehicle is off. clip this wire and extend it with extra wire using solder & electrical tape. don't screw this up because you don't have much factory wire to work with.
8) neaten things up with tape where required, and feed the wire through the dash and out of the hole where you pulled the blank from.
9) solder wire to the appropriate positions on the switch (which should already be mounted to the blank!!!).
10) insert the blank & switch back into the hole. you are now done.

I mounted my switch in the black next to the driver's side seat heater button. This is a very intuitive and yet out-of-the-way place for it. Furthermore, it made feeding the wire from the head unit out the hole extremely easy since they are so close. I could stick my skinny arms right through the slot where the radio was and feed it down easily.

Good luck!
