MBC inline w BPC what kind of MBC? Schematic?

Hi Y'all,

I've been reading posts about using the MBC w the BPC
in place. This sounds like a really good and cheap way
to improve spool-up while still keeping the electronic
control.

What type of MBC is needed for this setup, Dawes, turboxs?

Does anyone have a photo or other type of schematic
to show how this should be laid out ?

My 97 900 SE Talladega is beginning stage 1 modifications.
To start I'm putting in a K&N. Next thing when I can afford
I'll be putting in an Optima Battery. (in hopes of preserving
my new very expensive european alternator) Then a performance
exhaust. I will also probably get a new bosch BPV just
for insurance. I'm not convinced that a forge BPV will buy me
much at this stage.

I'm unwilling to deal w the throttlebody transition
bit or the turbo silencer at this point.

Phase 2 would involve a viggen intercooler and maybe
a new ECU. That's a more involved project and probably won't
happen this summer.

I like the idea however that by adding
a new intercooler, exhaust and filter you can almost
get the car to the HOT 205hp spec.

It seems that an inline MBC would be the cheapest and
quickest way to get better spoolup. A new BPV/BOV will
likely only make a minor difference, true?
