I dont drive my car in winter so it was no prob for me(I sent it away in Feb/Mar). Frank will send you the ECU but charge you a core charge that he will refund once you send back the old ECU to him, cant remember what the extra charge was though. Do it, you wont regret it. The way I see it, SQR is one of the best tuners, while still maintaining the lowest cost. But...it says right on the ECU "not for street use" "competion use only". Im not sure what this means as far as emmissions go but here in Quebec we dont test that kind of thing. I'd say it would still pass though. It was worth every penny, and compare it to Abbott or others as far as $$$ is concerned and you are laughing to the bank.
