With the issues of folks replacing control arms because the ball joints are going bad, I emailed eeuroparts.com and enquired. They don't list these, but can get them. They will show them when they revamp the website.
They have Saab genuine parts and others. I don't know if others are rebuilds or what. They might be quite good, but we don't have further info yet.
So I will not interpret further. Here is the text of the email. If you need such items, this will save you some cash, and taxes and shipping.

Hello again-
I am in the process of replacing the current website with a completely
new version, with a complete product list(w/in 2 weeks). Here is the
411 on this part. All 94-98 900, and 99-02 9-3's have aluminum control
arms with a the ball joint and mount bushing(to body) pressed in.
Neither of these parts are available separately, and the arm is not
serviceable. The basic difference between the
early(4248431-left/4248449-right), and later arms(4543450-l/4543468-r)
is that the sway bar links on the early style mount to the stanchion
arm, and not the control arm. The later control arms have a hole for
the later swaybar to mount in to the arm. Here is the VIN break down,
but it is NOT absolute. Some early cars had the later control/stanchion
arms, and swaybars mounted to them under warranty, so the customer needs
to check first. I have both aftermarket(scantech or meyle, like a 1-2
year part), and genuine.
