Problem. Cannot set new keyless remotes to car.
Car. 95 Saab 900SE

Here is my problem. I try to go into setup with our TECH II Saab diaos system and everything communicates fine through ICE except when I go into Alarm System....It reads out an error of No UNIT/UNKNOWN UNIT.
I lifted the carpet at the edge of the drivers seat removed the unit cleaned pins, replaced and checked fuse. Still TECH II cannot seem to communicate with the ECU for my alarm. Another wierd thing is...I can set off the alarm by normal means... also the led on the dash is fully functional. So if the ecu is functioning in this since I only could figure that its a power or bus communication problem. I did pull the pin set and check both powers and negatives and I think i actually found a problem. If anyone has a manual or knowledge of the electrical system please verify with me if this is normal or something is infact wrong?

Pin 13 is supposed to be a power....but mine has two black wires with no power to them...think may be grounds.

Pin 10 is supposed to be ground.....but has a red wire and the red wire is hot.

Pin 25 is also supposed to be a power....it is yellow and it is hot.

So do i need to switch 13 and 10? Seems odd that they'd be screwed up on the harness......but according to the saab manual from Saab here in town it is supposed to be pin 10 ground and pin 13 hot. I work for a saab autogroup. Have the resources but in my NG i am only a newbie....please advice????

Chris
