Motomaster as in CTC?
100% synthetic base stocks ???
I don't think so. Castrol convinced the US courts that group III highly hydrocracked petro/dyno oil had properties sort of like a 'true syntheic oil'. So now there is no legally definative term to distingish bettween crap that should be selling for $2US a quart/liter and the real thing that Mobil and most Amsoil products contain, plus a few other specialty companies like RedLine etc. In Europe it would not be legal to represent group III oil as synthetic.
So Castrol and the other pirates have huge profit margins and can throw millions into product promotion while Mobil puts out the real stuff on much slimmer profit Margins. Most of the public is in different and ignorant at best. Please support the right companies.
