Yes, take the hose end that went to the wastegate actuator and loop it back up to seal off the BPC valve. That will keep it preserved if you want to go back to stock with a modified ECU or to trade in the vehicle.
So in summary, air pressure comes from the hose barb on the turbo compressor hose barb, further down, into the dawes, then the dawes output goes to the actuator.
No boost controller can get the turbo to boost off the line, but a good controller will allow the turbo to do the best that it can. Low restriction intakes and exhaust will help with turbo spool up.
The BPC and other bleeder type valves start to open the wastegate too soon, which robs the turbo's turbine of energy, and this makes everything take a long time. This is controller induced boost lag. With the MBC connected and set up properly, you will get the intrisic boost lag of the turbo, in your current setup, and that will make things interesting. Once the turbo starts to boost, the pressure will come on much faster, and you get more boost too. And the first and second gears get way more boost. 1st gear can spin your tires. Second gear can be a rocket.
After you get things settled and have your own observations, open a new post and let us know what your impression are.
