Could be a plugged drain and a leaky air box, or just a leaky air box.
If there is not water on the ground after you park when the AC has been running, then the drain needs to be looked at.
There is a rubber drain horn, near the vehicle center line, below the steering rack so that you cannot readily see it. It is above the CAT on my 95SET and above and between the two heater hose connections at the firewall. The rubber horn can be carefully pulled of for cleaning and inspection. You can probe into its hose barb into the air box, with something that will not damage any fins or such inside. If there is a drainage problem and you are under the vehicle, comtemplate getting a face full of water and crud. Is your cabin air filter intact?
After 135000 miles, I pulled the air box drain horn and found that it was clean inside.
