You could clean the throttle body and the Idle Air Control valve (IAC). TB deposits could be putting the IAC out of its normal operating range or the IAC might have deposits and be sticking a bit. This is almost zero cost. Use carb cleaner spray on the IAC after removing from the vehicle. Note that the carb cleaner can damage paint. Oil the IAC swing valve after as carb cleaner is a degreaser. Use lots of oil, invert to get oil into the actuator side pivot, the drain and wipe excess. Don't worry about remaining oil, it is harmless.
If that does not help, inspect/gap the plugs and then clean the injectors. The idle at stumble is probably a maintenace issue. DI problems are often more than an idle undershoot and recovery.
Battery, connectors and electrolyte levels good?
