With the previous transmission it was a *very* intermittent problem...it seems with this new transmission it happen much more often. There are no Check Engine or Gearbox lights. The problem always seems to be happening at 35-45mph, car warmed up and in Drive...I haven't tried any of the other transmission settings/modes (winter, sport, 3rd/2nd gear).

I feel like the engine is OK, since it seems it be operating OK (no drivability or other noticeable problems)....thats why I suspect the transmission to be at fault. What are the sensors that Transmission Computer uses...are they all on the engine side? I'm also wondering if the kickdown switch could be causing such a problem.

I hate to throw money and start swapping parts at random..but I'm not sure where to turn.
