The Haynes is OK for basic but I prefer the original Saab manuals.
I think I've found a source for the WIS CD for somewhat cheaper than list of $375. They had it on Ebay for $189 starting $215 buy it now. Contact Schiff European Auto Literature: http://www.schiffeuropean.com/ I haven't done it myself because it's still above my reservation price for now. Please post comments if you do.
When I did some engine (head gasket) work on a V6, I had a "basic engine" manual and a Saab Quick-ref parts manual. This was enough. The engine manual cost only $20. They don't have all sections available any longer, however. Contact any dealer. A few web links on this:

I ordered by basic engine manual by phone from Meyer Saab with great results. http://www.meyersaab.com/ But TaliaferroSaab.com (aka Genuinesaab.com) is another source.
