I feel for you, I lived in Cleveland for many years, and never found a good place to service my SAAB.
I will tell you to stay away from Swedish Solution. Before I knew much about my car, I would take it there and they replaced items that did not need to be replaced, and used really bad material too! The serpantine belt they used came apart in just a few months (it they replaced it at all). Anyway, I have since learned that the work these guys did was not only unnecessary, but poor quality.
That said, I did go to Shaker SAAB a few times, and felt OK about it, but not good. I have since heard bad things about them too, although my experiences were not that bad.
Good luck, I really liked Cleveland, but hated getting my car serviced :(
