I am a new owner of a 96 900se turbo 5sp - It was bought from an auction as a theft recovery and seems in pretty good shape. I have owned two other saabs(one a turbo) and drove them for many 100k of miles - so I know how they normally sound etc. This one is running good, but I get no turbo boost. I can hear the turbo spool up(and it sounds ok), but the gauge stays at 0 bar of pressure. Car is sluggish. I have a check engine light on as well as an explanation point lit up in the middle of the speedo(no idea what that is). I have no user manual. What do these lights mean? Is there a site like the great quasi 9000 site that has codes and tech tips for the 900ng? Any good source for owners manuals? I have repair manuals for my previous 900classic turbo and my current 91 9000. Is the car in some sort of limp home mode? Also, I need the code for the stereo - it just sits there and seems to be asking for a 4 digit code.
