George's Imports in KC MO has a long and low Citroen white turbo that is kept in the show room. It is for sale. He has one of the old biscuit tin models in the show room too, in the front window. I don't know if that is for sale. Call 816 333 6582 and ask for Brad (in parts).
Coils... These appear to be made of polypropelene and there is not much that will stick to that. Nothing to loose trying. Perhaps some find sandpaper, degrease as best that you can, then use clear silicone seal. Then after is cures for a day, try to peel it off. Silicone seal should have good high voltage resistance. Do not use epoxy, I am afraid that it would get too hard in the heat.
