Rear motormount replacement 95 900S 2.3

After going thru a bunch of work on my 95 900S 2.3L with the automatic tranny to get the idle to smooth out, I think one of the problems is that the motor mounts are getting tired after 100k miles. Replacing the 3 mounts is probably good maintenance anyway, with a side effect of stopping some of the jarring and vibration when the engine moves....
In looking in this BB and in the ALLDATADIY site (I did a subscription a while ago), the front two mounts are easy. The rear mount is the wildcard here, as the alldata site has two different descriptions. In the main motor mount area, it talks about removing the front exhaust pipe, removing the subframe, etc. but in the TSB about vibration, it describes the replacement of the rear mount as only needing to raise the engine and remove the mount - that the exhaust and subframe don't need to be removed...
So - has anyone here done a 2.3L rear mount change? Is this something that I can do in my garage, or should I get this one changed by a local shop? I have 2 hydraulic floor jacks, ramps, and tools.
thx - andy
