for the rear. It is also wise to have the Saab rear brake kit (2 pins, clips) and a spare rotor hold down screw handy before you begin surgery as well as brake grease, anti seize, and brake cleaner. There is nothing like getting in the middle of a job only to find out you do not have what you need to finish it.
You do not need cross drilled or slotted rotors, so why pay more? The Greenstuffs do make a difference on the front end and are worth it. I would not replace fronts and rears at the same time, keep 'em about a month apart, as new brakes must be broken in properly and do not intially provide a high level of stopping power. Do worst ones first.
