Guys,
I have a 1994 900S 5-Dr which I replaced the fuel pump and filter last week due to failure. With the new pump in place when I cold start the car it turns over 5-6 times before firing up. Then after the car starts you can shut it off and restart it and it will fire on the first or second turn. It just seems like there isn't any fuel at the motor initially. With the original pump in would fire after 1-2 turns of the motor on a cold start. Is there a fuel pressure regulator that may need adjusted since I put in a new pump. The car accelerates, idles, and runs fine otherwise. The car has not been tuned up in several thousand miles.
Any help appreciated. Thanks,
Joe
