It fits in the vacuum line from the throttle body to the Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) fitting on the rear corner of the valve cover. The the arrow on the one-way vacuum line valve points toward the throttle body. The one-way valve allows the oil vapor from the valve cover (and therefore the crankcase) to be drawn into the throttle body and burned in the engine. This will happen when there is a vacuum at the throttle body, i.e. at idle or off-load driving. When the engine has a load and the turbocharger produces boost, the one-way valve stops the boost pressure from flowing from the throttle body to the valve cover and pressurizing the crankcase.

The vacuum line one-way can be found at the dealer or many auto parts stores like NAPA Auto Parts.
