Bleh. Yes, this is fun. You want to get to the rearmost corner on the driver's side.
Remove your CD changer, unbolt the tie-downs in the back, unscrew the plastic moulding around your left speaker, pop out the trunk light and switch. Poke around with the trunk fabric, peel it toward the front of the car and away from the corner.
In the corner you'll see a silly little rubber stopper piece with two tubes plugged into it. One clearly comes from the antenna, the other comes from somewhere north... the sunroof maybe? Water runs down these when it rains. The rubber stopper piece stiffens up and leaks, plus it restricts the flow of water significantly.
My solution was, get rid of the rubber stopper, shove the two tubes through the hole in the metal. Anchor them with a screw on the other side. If you care to, seal the gaps with some silicone goo; I like the hole open, it gives any future runs or leaks someplace to go.
I believe this has solved my problem. My carpeting got very moldy, spare tire rusted out before i discovered it. Had to buy a new spare.
Hope I could help.
