I have a 97' 900 SE (60K miles) that has been a warm weather car (Texas, California) and has started freaking out since I brought it to Utah and the cold weather.
First things frist:
The car is not starting in the morning when it's cold. However, it would seem to start fine later in the day when it warmed up. I've checked the boards and have seen the following suggestions:
1) Possible water in the fuel line - use a de-icer
2) Dirty fuel line
3) DI cassette (what is this????)
4) Spark plugs
5) Fuel pump
Am I missing anything othe possibilities? The local dealership looked at it and said they cleaned out a fuel line (and charged me $100) but I'm still having problems. If I take it to them they'll want to change the fuel pump (which they think "might" be the problem.
Any good SAAB mechanics in Utah. I had a great one in Austin, Texas.
Thanks.
