Jesse,
I got mine from etrailer.com for about $150 which included a bolt on hitch from draw-tie, a slide in receiver, rubber plug to cover receiver hole when not using and a ball.
The wiring is a bit tricky. I got a box from etrailer.com for about $50, you will have to wire in a fuse directly to the positive cable on the battery and run the wire through the firewall, under the rugs to the back. From there you just use the supplied connectors to hook into the left, right, and brake light. Since the saab uses a circuit to detect a bad bulb you have to use this method or else risking blowing out the computer. The hitch took about 1-2 hours to install, only four tricky to install bolts and nuts. The wiring took about 4 hours on a Saturday afternoon.
this is a much better alternative than the saab hitch at $350+ and their harness which is $200 plus three hours labor to install.
Before buying the harness check in the back by the rear tailights, there will be a little door where you can see if you car is pre-wired for a hitch as a few were that went to the US. If it is there will be a connector behind the little door, if not you will need to buy the harness.
Good luck.
