Back in the severe heat of summer, the CE light came on in my '94 900S and the Saab dealer said the extreme heat we were having was causing CE lights to come on, so they reset it and a week later it was back on. After a check, they told me it was a faulty O2 sensor and it would need to be replaced. When I brought the car back to have the sensor fixed, they said, no, it was the secondary injection valve and they replaced it. A day later the light was back on and this time, their tech searched for four hours and finally found a loose wire in the main harness. This worked for a week until the light was back on again. It was a day before xmas, and I think the service mgr. didn't want to deal with it, so he said "we checked it thoroughly and nothing could be wrong, ignore it and it will go away, if it doesn't bring it back but I don't know". So, now what? He says the O2 sensor is fine, but this is getting expensive and going nowhere.
