Changing Wheels & Tires (somewhat long)

My girlfriend just bought a 97 900 SE that she (and I) love. The only thing she doesn't like is the tire noise she gets from the Yokohama A520 205/50/16 tires that are on the stock 900SE wheels which have a 5x110 bolt pattern. I have some wheels and tires sitting around from my 2001 Audi A4 2.8 (currently wearing serious snows for ski trips) that are the stock Goodyear RSA Eagle 205/55/16 tires (that should be much quieter as well as an all season tire among other advantages for her driving style) on the stock Audi A4 2.8 5-spoke 16' wheels that have a 5x112 bolt pattern.
Therefore, my question is can I put the Audi wheels/tires as is on the Saab? From the reading I've done here it sounds like the tire size change won't be a problem (actually it sounds to be more to her liking: smoother, and she won't miss the slight decrease in performance as she doesn't push the car to the absolute limit). However, what I'm concerned about is the difference in bolt pattern from the Saab's 5x110 to the Audi's 5x112. So will the Audi wheels even fit the Saab, and if so, are there any problems with this mechanically? (we can discuss the aesthetic issues of Audi wheels on a Saab later :-)...i.e., if she prefers the new tire size, we'll probably just have new tires mounted and balanced on the Saab wheels, but we just wanted to test out the different tires for now)...thanks in advance for your help.
