It's not hard, but it does take a little time. First, remove the radio and its metal cage, the SID, and every switch on the front of the dashboard. You may have to remove the panel underneath the driver's side of the dash to push a couple of switches out from behind. Next, remove every Torx screw behind the switches, in the radio opening, and the screw on each side of the steering column. Pull the face of the dashboard off, making sure to pull the two vents off of the back of it. You'll have to bend the dashboard face a little to clear the steering wheel, but it won't hurt it, unless you have a wooden or carbon fiber overlay. In that case, take the steering wheel off. Now you can see the four screws that hold on the instrument cluster. Take them off, pull the cluster out, unplug it, take it inside, unscrew the back panel, and replace the bulbs. Now's a good time to take out the shift up light bulb , too, if you don't like it. Once you've done this a couple of times, it gets pretty easy.
