If you want to know, inspect them your self. Anything else is only an opinion, not reality.

search drs<install> and read the post from a few year back on replacing pullies, and from around 6 months ago replacing the belt with the GM belt, which saves you money on the belt and you don't need to renew or replace the PIA lower plastic pully. When you read these you will see how easy the upper pully inspection is. After you have run on one for a while, you should replace and keep the older one with the spare tire, along with a decent used belt, and a 1/2 or 13mm wrench, and a length of 1/2x1/2 square steel tube from the hardware store.
