Get a new antenna mast from you dealer or Europarts (under $20 delivered) and install it yourself - less than 5 minutes work (even for a newbie).

Unscrew the nut on the top of the antenna mount (be careful not to scatch it) - have someone turn on the radio - the antenna will extend and this long, usually white, toothed "tail" will come out - pull it all the way out - note which way the teeth are pointing. Push the tail of the new mast into the hole as far as it will go - make sure the teeth point the same way - Have someone turn off the radio while you guide it in - screw the top nut back on. - Turn the radio on and off once or twice to get it nicely seated :-) - DONE!
