You probably have a accessory belt idler pully failing. When it goes, you lose power steering, coolant pump, A/C, alternator. Result is tow truck. You can't keep driving as the engine will overheat and severe damage is possible. There is a small plastic pully, up high at the back that is the one to fail most of the time. It will cost $38US and can be changed very quickly with a 13mmm or 1/2" box wrench. You need to have this dealt with ASAP or you will have the cost of a tow and such related problems. Time for a new belt as well? You will need to read about how to deal with the tensioner as well if you indend to DIY. With the cold weather, we seem to be having one fail per day on this BB. So do some furhter reading.
