Repair gone bad continued ......

The story continues ..... I have a '97 900S Conv. 56000 miles.
I brought my car in for a head gasket repair at an official Saab dealership in South Florida. The order description on the bill is as follows:
"Head leaking oil at gasket r/r head. Replaced head gasket, and serp belt. Both radiator hoses, replaced thermo and gasket, replaced seized idler pull and valve cover nipple and bushing."
They also resurfaced the head twice, because apparently the first time it was not done right. They had the car in for 2 1/2 weeks. The total cost for the repair was $1700(ouch!).
Now, I drive the car home, look under the hood and see the oil leaking out of the exact same spot from the engine block, except this time it leaks more. Needless to say this is very upsetting. Furthermore, I see hoses attached badly, screws missing and a still very dirty throttle house.
Does any experienced consumer / mechanic have any advice for me here ? Is there anything I can do to get my car fixed right without getting charged more ?
