That cap should have been gap!
An O2 sensor problem would not cause hesitation. It will throw a cel. Can be difference cels. With ODB-II, might say shorted, open circuit, out of range or adaption fault etc. Sensor faults are signal faults and the senors are not neccessarily at fault. Can be copnnectors, wiringing etc. With the O2 sensors, a bad ground connection thru the exhaust down pipe, can create a problem. The lack of a good ground needs to be fixed. Ofter backing out the senor a bit, brightening with some abrasive paper or cloth and reseating will fix things up. And installing a new sensor or two for a few hundred dollars will reseat with a good ground too. The groud resistance can be elsewhere. One guy chased it down with a DMM to the downpipe/turbo joint and fixed that. Checking groundr resistances at the O2 sensor bases will tell you. (you have two of them)
Battery condition? DI's don't like bad battery connectors or low electrolyte.
Double check the hose from the TB to the MAP sensor.
