AIC valve/high idle ?

First, please be patient with me.
Hi guys, initially my idle was perfect but I decided to clean my TB and AIC valve anyway since my rpm did not go down fast enough whenever my foot was off the accelerator pedal. So I did, and now My idle shoots up whenever the car gets warm, What's that ?
did I ruin my AIC valve by cleaning it ?
Do I need to lubricate it before I put it back in ? if so with what ?
Last, I noticed a small covered hole(3mm diameter) on the back of the AIC. I scratched it a bit and now is partially open(some glue was restricting this hole). Now, looking inside the AIC valve I noticed that there is a spring like in line with that hole. I really don't know what I'm talking about but if you guys know more please let me know. Basically should I seal it back. Thanks for your patience.
