Hi all,
Thanks for all the comments and insights. (I hope you see this post) I must say that you have ?captured? the problem very well. I find myself trying to separate emotion from logic. It does not seem to be easy. Yes ? I do like my Saab. ( But I?m not sure it is a love ? this decision will clarify that) But I also knew that I had a problem when I could call my Saab dealer without looking up the number. ? Not a good sign!
The Honda Coupe with the V6 has lots of power, and is nice inside. But it costs lots! But I don?t think it is more fun to drive than the Saab. However, I?m really tired of my regular ?visits? to the dealer. I would like to drive 70,000 without spending lots. I?m just not sure if I can do that with my Saab. My experience with it says No ? but maybe this is it - - that last ?big? expense. But?. My first tune up with a Honda is at 100,000 miles!
Thanks again for you comments. I have spent several hours on these boards in the past few days, and it has been very helpful (I wish I was a better DIYer ? that might make this easier) I need to make a decision in the next few days. I will let you know what happens.
Mike Lynch.
