You've got another vacuum leak somewhere. You should be able to diagnose it with a vacuum gauge. Also try spraying carb cleaner around intake manifold gasket with the engine running -- see if there is any change. Some mechanics use some kind of gas for this purpose, could be worth a look.
Check air intake all the way from AMM... Could also be your AMM itself, I am not sure how to check these these days. At the very least look into it to make sure the wire is intact. How is the car running? Rough, low idle, poor mileage, anything of that sort?
