MJM - I am beginning to truly HATE this car. I just spent the last week or so on a business trip driving around on the left coast in an 02 Cadillac Deville, which, I never in a million years thought I would like. It even got 29 mpg. But it IS ugly as homemade sin. It is a sad day when I would like a Cadillac.
There are too many good cars out there today that are less troublesome and ride better. I had a metal wagon with solid rubber tires when I was a little kid that rode better than my Saab. I am almost afraid to drive it as I feel I do not have control over the steering anymore. Front end wanders all over the place, and it sounds like a garbage truck.
This is now a Contest - I am trying to outlast your patience, Ed G. weaseled out of the Contest of Nerve by ditching his '95 S (wimp), so now it is up to us to see who will say "Uncle" first.
I just got a box of parts from Talliaferro which I add to my inventory of parts that I have bought and not installed yet while this damn thing leaks all manner of fluids on my garage floor. About the time I get parts, I find the appetite of my 94SE requires even more. Now what is this? ANOTHER broken exhaust stud? And I am waiting for my hand to heal from when the damn thing attacked me a few weeks back.
