convertible top window seal whistling (a little long)

Hey guys,
I have a 1995 900se turbo convertible that has a small relatively unimportant (to me) problem. The seal between the front and rear passenger side windows is not tight. It hasn't been leaking any water in the rain really, maybe a drop or two at very high speeds, but it whistles like crazy at highway speeds (50 to 80 miles per hour) and is starting to drive some of my passengers crazy. I have noticed that when I press the windows back together the noise dissapears. My best guess is the weather stripping between the windows, but I was wondering how much this will cost to fix and if its a DIY project. I don't ride in the passenger seat unless I let my dad drive it, which isn't more than once or twice a month to let him savor that Saab turbo power ;) but when I give my grandma a ride, which happens a few times a week, she always complains about the noise and says that small gusts of wind get in. I really don't care about the leak too much, unless it starts to get worse, but would like to help my grandma out. I appreciate the suggestions guys. Thanks!
