What's important to find out in this scenario is.
With "new style" did they mean that the belt was new or had the car gone through the whole update with new tensioner kit, pulleys and belt.
The belt SHOULD last 60K between changes with the new tensioner and pulley update, but WILL NOT last that long if the old style tensioner is still there.
If the new style tensioner doesn't hold up for 60K, we are gonna see a lot of unhappy 9-5 customers very soon, those V6 engines uses a very similar tensioner and the lifespan from factory is 60K on the belt.
I have yet to read about a failed timing belt on the 9-5 board, and many of the cars start to reach well above 60K miles by now.
