Yet another check engine light!

Okay, this has been going on for about 9 months. I have a 97 900S with 67,000 miles. My check engine light came on this past summer. The Autozone guy did the check and the code came back for camshaft position sensor. I run out and get one, reset the light and it stays off for a few weeks. Comes back on with the same message. So I replace the rotor arm on the distributor, reset the light and it stays off for a couple of months. Comes back on with the same message again. This time I replace the distributor cap and the spark plug wires. It stayed off for a few more months. A month ago, after sitting out in the cold overnight, the check engine and check gearbox light come on. I just reset the light that time and didn't have any problems. Now the check engine light is on again (my wife just called me). I'm betting the computer at Autozone is going to give me the same message. Thoughts/Advice? O2 Sensor? Distributor itself? I'm getting tired of playing shade tree mechanic and nickle and diming myself on this one. Maybe I should just run in it to the dealer? We only have one Saab dealer here and nobody else works on them, so you are stuck with dealer rates. Any help would be appreciated?
