I believe the con rod nuts are refered to as the big-end bearing cap nuts and require 48Nm or 35lbf ft of torque. The camshaft bearing cap 15Nm or 11 lbf ft of torque.

The cylinder head bolts are done in 3 stages. Stage 1 is 60Nm or 44lbf ft of torque. Stage 2 is 80Nm or 59lbf ft of torque. Stage 3 requires a angle measuring guage and tightening through 90 degree's.

The sequence for tighting the bolts (looking down at the bolts with larger end on left):

8 4 1 5 9

7 3 2 6 10

Hopefully you've done this before because the recommended practice is a little more complex than just tightening. I believe it is also recommended that you use new bolts if this is a high mileage car.

Section 2a & 2b of the Haynes manual has all the data. I would recommend reviewing this section before proceding. You could also mark the bolts with a dab of paint prior to removal to realign when retightening.
