I had the hardened o-ring problem that many have reported and it seems you have the same (1995 SET, car was 6 years old and 90K when problem occurred). I agree that it is impossible to pinpoint the leak when this occurs, though some seem to be able to. There is a bit of labor to get at the o-rings, so I would suggest replacing the pump at the same time. Replacing all these components should guarantee a fix if your leak is coming from this area. This is a good DIY for someone with a bit of experience - the money savings are huge. Replace coolant hoses and thermostat at the same time if you are ambitious. Pump is only $50-70 online. O-rings are cheap. Dealer will get you pretty good on this job ($300-500 I would guess, depending on what you have done). This can all be done by the average DIYer in 5-6 hours.
