Poor highway mpg's after a sid reset. Check engine lights.
There is no way that one should expect that a O2 sensor with those miles should be failing. And if you get problems, it can be from a good sensor that is no longer getting a good ground via its threaded contact to the exhaust system. This ground resistance should be checked before a sensor is replaced. In many cases the sensor can be backed out a bit, the contact faces brighened with some folded over wet-dry sandpaper and the sensor reseated. We had one case were the grond resistance was traced to the downpipe to turbo joint.
Get a stainless steel sports exhaust. It might even cost less than the oem system. And its easy to install yours self. http://www.genuinesaab.com has them. Any for the 9-3 will fit as well.
