OEM Saab "Front Suspension Kit" with poly bushings?

When my 96 900SET was at the indy garage to replace the ignition switch last week, we decided to do the 95K service early (at 93.3k miles) because the car would be there half a day waiting for the switch. Later that day, the guy told me the looseness in the front suspension was because a lot of the rubber bushings, ball joints, etc., needed replacing. I asked him to look for poly bushings. The local Saab dealer said they didn't have anything like that, just the stock pieces. So, he found a complete poly bushing kit through a contact at another Saab garage and ordered it. When it came the next day, tghe kit contained a lot more than just bushings: new lower arms, radius arms (sorry if these aren't the right terms), all with poly bushings fitted, along with poly bushings for the front swaybar, etc. He showed me on the metal parts that they were all stamped with the Saab logo. Does Saab sell upgraded parts like this that a dealer wouldn't stock, or even know about?

Handling is improved, more precise and "live," but FYI the scrunching sound when I go over speed bumps at low speed is still as loud as ever. So, in my car at least, I have ruled out any of the front suspension bushings as a source of that noise. And it was the same noise before and after I put a set of Konis on last year. Still stumped.
