Sorry, can't help you there. Different AC manufacturers, different fittings. I still advise going to a dealer as you may have damaged the tube itself.
If you get it fixed at the dealer, I'm sure you'll get some kind of limited warranty as well, which should cover the repairs and any loss of chemical after the repair, say six months. I did just that with my old Ford, and it took another two leaks after the repair before that got fixed, all covered.
The chemicals (compressor oil, refrigerant) are expensive, so you don't want to keep topping them up yourself. The refrigerant is also considered a CFC (chlorofluorocarbon) that's considered harmful to the ozone, so the dealer will have a recovery system.
The system will also have to be vacuumed to get rid of moisture(this can take a long time - up to an hour) so you're going to need professional help anyway.
In my personal opinion, I think charging the AC system is a little bit out of the league of the average DIYer.
