It's always a chance to take with aftermarket parts.
Since you don't state where and which brand of aftermarket part, it's impossible to even guess if it's gonna last or not.

And no, I would never warranty a work where the customer brings their parts in. The only thing I can half way promise is that the part is not gonna fall off the car.

For some aftermarket parts, it is several manufacturers out there, some good, some really bad, and some aftermarket suppliers sell Saab OEM parts to reduced prices (those are the best).

The dealer gives you a super deal though on the labor, IF it includes filling the A/C system up again with R134.

Their price for the evaporator is a little bit off, the list price is $808.00, but maybe they include the A/C oil,O-rings and R134 in their price of the evaporator.
