You need to apply dielectric grease to the portion of the spark plugs that fits into the DI cassette spark plug boots. A tube of dielectric grease is only about $4 USD at the local auto parts store and will last you nearly forever. I apply the grease to the inside of the DI Cassette boots using a Q-tip. You don't need much, just enough to coat the rubber boot. The dielectric grease keeps the rubber boot from adhereing to the spark plugs (keeps you from tearing the boots and makes removal of the DI Cassette easier) and prevents the spark plug voltage from arcing around or past the spark plug. P>S> Be sure the DI Cassette is unplugged from the electrical cable before applying the dielectric grease. Don't want to get shocked!
I have the Forge Motorsport valve, but the improved Bosch diverter valve should be fine also. Go ahead and get the Bosch, if it fails in a year or two you can then decide to upgrade to the Forge type or not.
