With radius arm do you mean the control arm going straight in to subframe or the one that swings backwards and is attached to subframe and car body with the same bolt (stanchion arm)?
If the treads are stripped on the front control arm nut, you might be able to use a longer bolt and a new nut on the outside of the old one.
If it is the rear bolt going up into car body, you need to remove the subframe and repair the threads in car body using some kind of thread repair kit, Time sert or Helicoil style.
That threaded hole comes with helicoil threads from factory, and it could be a little bit difficult to repair if the original Helicoil thread is ripped out too.
