Great, now no boost... I'm getting rid of my Saab

Wonderful. I'm on my way home, and the check engine light comes on. I didn't think too much of it because its been known in the past to come on in the rain for some reason. So I notice its sorta bucking when I let off the gas. I go to take off from the traffic light, and something didn't feel right. I gave it gas, and there was just under 5 psi of boost.
I see no obvious holes in the intercooler or piping. It is not a stuck BPV because it does it with both the BPV and my BOV. I tried moving the wastegate arm, and it does move (not very smooth though). With the wastegate connected I see about 5 psi. When I disconnect it (as suggested by Dean to another fellow with low boost), It rises to 7 psi, but still not doing anywhere near what it should be doing. I reset the check engine light, and went for another drive, and it came back on within 2 minutes.
Any ideas? Well I hope I figure this out. I cannot stand this piece of junk, and I'm getting rid of it as soon as I can get it fixed. I should have stayed loyal to Nissan and gotten another Maxima instead of throwing my money away into this junker.
I really hope I got a lemon, and not all NG900s are like this. I've had 3 major problems in the last month. And I get about 12 mpg with new NGK plugs. Wonderful.
