You might find that a xW40 produces smoother quieter running.
The fuel filters are good for 100,000. Changing that now would be ok. Cabin air filters do get quite dirty. Many DIY both of these and wash & reuse the OEM cabin air filter.
Make sure that dirt does not get into the fuel filter lines. There is a suspicion that this is the cause of fuel pressure regulators going bad after the filter is changed.
Inspect the upper idler pully to see if its dry and/or wobbles. Don't ignore this one. Many will not leave these to chance and inspect themselves. Getting towed is not a good result. Consider the short belt mod.
